I provide Independent services in Child Protection, specialising in reports for the Children's and Family court. I practice from a Child Centred, strengths based approach with families.I am based on the Gold Coast, Queensland however travel throughout Australia.

Insight Social Consultancy has been operating since 2012 and we have completed thousands of assessments over this time.
Nikole provides high quality reports in various jurisdictions including the Children's Court, Family Court (Legal Aid & Privately funded), as well as Kinship and Foster Carer Assessment and renewals.

Our story
Nikole Lynch is the founder and director of Insight Social Consultancy and has been working exclusively in the child protection sector for the past thirty (30) years.
She is a Social Worker who has a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Queensland conferred in 1997 and a Masters of Social Work from Monash University conferred in 2009. She has also completed a Certificate in Developmental Trauma from the Australian Childhood Foundation and the Safe and Together Model TM CORE Training in Domestic and Family Violence.
Since being in private practice Nikole has completed thousands of Social Assessment Reports and Family Reports, as well as providing Risk Assessments, Suitability Assessments, Foster and Kinship Assessments and Renewals.
